The chateau gatehouses have been renovated to provide comfortable accommodation yet retain original features such as exposed beams. Under one hour from Calais and the tunnel, located overlooking a small village in the Aa valley region. Local fishing golf and horseriding , easy drive to beaches.This family built chateau has seen almost 300 years, surviving the French revolution and both world wars. Both gatehouses look onto an enclosed courtyard which provides a sheltered area to enjoy the sun or to eat. To the rear of the chateau are the large gardens with a lawned area ideal for children to play. The nearest village is Thièmbronne, a pleasant 5 minute downhill stroll away.
